I've literally never baked a cake in my life, but wanted to give it a go for my wife's bday. Followed the directions, made two round cakes, slapped some homemade (YouTube!) chocolate frosting between and all around and BAM. I had a great chocolate yellow cake that was not overly sweet but really tasty. And it's the wholesome quality of Bob's -- always pure natural ingredients. I'll purchase this same product again and again because it was so simple.

i like this mix. Makesnit convenient to make a gluten free cake (which can be a challenge). It is also easy to add a variety of different additions (I use it to make a marbled cake at times). Definitely one of my go to gf mixes, especially in a time crunch.
